Vial Loading Machine: Rotary Table, SSS Conveyor Technology, Year of manufacture 2007 Empty or already filled and sealed 50 ml vials are manually placed onto a rotary table. From there, they are singulated and transferred onto the conveyor belt, entering the subsequent processing line. 2. Labelling with Print and Vision Inspection Machine: Pago System 520, Year of manufacture 2007 Printing System: Domino 320i Thermal Transfer Printer Camera System: Cognex (integrated in Pago) The vials are labelled with self-adhesive labels. During labelling, batch number, expiry date, etc. are printed directly onto the label via thermal transfer (Domino). Simultaneously, a camera-based inspection (Cognex) of the printed data is performed. Inspection results are displayed on an integrated screen. The print and camera systems are fully integrated into the Pago labelling machine. 3. Vial Reorientation (Vertical to Horizontal) Machine: FlexLink Conveyor XH, SSS Conveyor Technology, Year of manufacture 2016 The labelled vials are transferred into a horizontal position by a bottle reorienter to prepare them for insertion into the cartoner. 4. Cartoning with Leaflet Insertion Machine: MK-120, Harro Höfliger, Year of manufacture 2007 Pre-formed folding cartons are erected automatically in the cartoner. Simultaneously, a leaflet is folded by a GUK folding machine and made available. One 50 ml vial and one leaflet are automatically inserted into each folding carton. In the configuration shown here, the carton base is closed with hot glue and the top flap is closed by tuck-in. Serialization and Vision Inspection Machine: Laetus PrintSpect TTS MV-70, Year of manufacture 2015 After the cartoner, the folding cartons are printed with serial numbers and variable data (thermal transfer) and fully inspected by a Laetus camera system. This station was retrofitted in 2015. The Harro Höfliger MK-120 also has an integrated Wölke printing system, which was not used in this application. 6. Tamper-Evident Labelling Machine: Pago System, Year of manufacture 2007 The serialized folding cartons are sealed on the tuck-in flaps with tamper-evident labels. The folding cartons are precisely aligned and guided by a side-belt conveyor system. 7. Case Packing Machine: IMA CP18BA Case Packer, Year of manufacture 2007 The finished unit packs are pneumatically pushed into shipping cases. The case packer seals the shipping cases with hot glue. 8. Final Labelling of Shipping Cases Machine: Laetus VL4 C2 ICMV Cabinet + Pago Labeller, Year of manufacture 2015 The finished shipping cases are labelled by thermal transfer printing. No camera-based inspection is performed at this station. This unit is used exclusively for labelling shipping cases (no serialization or aggregation). 9. Inspection (optional) A manual checkweighing unit is also available but is not included in the sales offer and was used here for internal final inspections only. System available from Jan 2026.
