Agfa Palladio 30 - Screen 2055 Violet

For sale is a complete CTP system in excellent condition: AGFA Palladio 30 – essentially a Screen 2055Vi with 2 Bacher punches. This is a turnkey system with a gumming unit (note: it only applies gum, there is no developer), RIP PC Harlequin v10, and a stacking unit.

Digital platesetter system. Violet laser with a maximum plate size of 680 x 830 mm, minimum plate size: 324 x 370 mm, maximum imaging area: 633 x 830 mm. Resolution up to 3000 dpi, material thicknesses: 0.15 mm and 0.30 mm.

Productivity: approx. 20 plates/hour at 2400 dpi or 30 plates/hour at 1200 dpi using Azura CTP plates or Fujifilm violet plates. Both manufacturers still supply plates, but compatible Chinese plates are also available and perform very well.

Operated in conjunction with a Heidelberg SM74 and SM52, suitable cassettes for both formats are included, and – as mentioned – two Bacher punches are already integrated in the system.

This is a complete package comprising imagesetter, wash unit/developer, PC with RIP and monitor, and a plate stacker. The system can be installed and imaged on the same day – the machine is still in daily use. It will be professionally dismantled by an Agfa/Screen technician, who will also install all transport locks.
