Detailed description:

The machine is equipped with hydraulics featuring two energy-saving variable capacity pumps and a servo valve for precise control of pressure and movements.

The hydraulic power unit is mounted outside the injection molding machine frame, significantly reducing noise levels during operation. Thanks to high-precision filters and a small oil volume, the oil change interval is extended to 20,000 operating hours.

T2 technology with servo regulation includes:
- Two adjustable variable-displacement pumps
- Programmable, regulated, and stabilized clamping force
- Programmable and manually adjustable nozzle contact force
- Possibility of simultaneous movements (nozzle, ejector, cores)

The machine also features:
- Additional continuous oil filtration and cooling system (bypass circuit)
- AES system – automatic optimization of the main drive operation, reducing energy consumption by smooth pump speed adjustment according to machine load (for 15–75 kW motors, 380–480V, 50–60 Hz)

Required option: 525/02 – adjustable machine cooling circuits

The platen plates are equipped with a central injection point and a centering hole Ø 125 mm.
