Vacuum membrane press with pneumatically lifted membrane is designed for heating and forming thermoplastic materials such as PET felt, solid surfaces (e.g. CORIAN, HI-MACS, STARON, KERROCK, LG, PLEXIGLAS, and others) which, after thermal processing, can be formed into any shape.
The machine is equipped with a heating system that shortens bonding times and increases production efficiency.
TVG series vacuum presses are suitable for both small and large manufacturing plants.
