Capping Device AK 400 for KEG Barrels

The capping device allows both snap caps for tri-lobe fittings or Key Keg, as well as snap caps for flat fittings, to be applied to barrels of various diameters. Initially, caps are fed from the storage hopper into the sorting drum. The caps are reliably transported to the feed rail using compressed air with electronic quantity monitoring. For capping, the barrel is centered using a parallel gripper. The cap is automatically transferred to the capping head, positioned on the fitting, and applied.
