Raw material (laminated logs) is placed onto the cross conveyor by the operator. The cross conveyor automatically transfers the workpieces to the infeed table by lowering the level.
Infeed Table
Smooth sliding table with sliding plastic surface, allowing the raw material to be pushed into the machining zone damage-free by the servo pusher.

Main milling unit for producing log home corner joints by milling on all four sides of the log in a single clamping setup. Processing is carried out by two milling tools from the rear and two from below, each guided on a horizontal and a vertical feed support.

The system consists of 4 additional NC-controlled SERVO axes for automatic milling depth positioning of the 4F tools. Input and parameter settings are done entirely via the IITO control software. Full control of all movements enables numerous additional processing options:
- Individual grooves and millings on all four component sides
