Remarks:
The machine has been serviced and partially overhauled in our workshop. The following work has been carried out and parts replaced:

• Disassembly of the press ram, split into components, mechanism overhauled, replacement of the following plastic wear plates and liners:
o Plastic wear liners left/right below the press ram
o Plastic wear liners left/right above the press ram
o Central plastic main wear plate (support plate) under the press ram
• Steel guide rails left/right, upper section of the frame, replaced
• Complete replacement of the base plate (four-piece), made from wear-resistant HARDOX steel
• Wire feed guides in the press floor re-welded and smoothed
• Replacement of the counter knife (two-piece) in the frame
• Blade gap adjusted to approx. 2.5 mm

• Disassembly of the tying and twisting unit, split into components, mechanism overhauled, all groove and thrust ball bearings on the twisting shafts replaced, wire knives cleaned and reset, chains lubricated and tensioned
• Support roller in front of the twisting shafts replaced
• All hydraulic hoses replaced
• Oil filter and air filter replaced
• Main hydraulic cylinder checked for tightness
• Hydraulic oil is only one year old, chemically analyzed, still in good condition, therefore not changed and can continue to be used
• General maintenance work performed

Finally, the baler was tested in manual and automatic mode—see function test video of the machine.
