Blobel Single-Sided Pivoting Spill Barrier

The ideal solution for securing the area around lifting platforms or loading bridges.

This barrier is installed in a fixed position and can be pivoted to one side. It is user-friendly, versatile in application, and can be easily upgraded from manual to automatic operation.

The pivot and locking mechanism is permanently mounted next to the opening to be safeguarded and is sealed to the building structure. The barrier arm is bolted into the pivot joint and, when not in use, stands vertically beside the opening. Accidentally folding down is prevented in accordance with accident prevention regulations (UVV).

In the event of use, the lock is released, the spill barrier is lowered and secured into the clamping device. The contact pressure of the clamping lever is adjustable, ensuring a reliable seal.

The barrier arm is manually lowered in the base version; automation can be retrofitted.

Barrier arms and fixtures are preferably powder-coated in RAL 3020 (traffic red). All other metal parts are galvanized or made of aluminum.

Suitable for crack-free surfaces with minor floor unevenness, such as concrete, checker plate and tear plate to DIN 59220, tiles, and stone.

Highly versatile in application.
