Bosch Turbo Scara SR6 Swivel Arm Robot
The SR6/SR8 robotic system features a robust mechanical design with four freely programmable axes. Thanks to its high speed and payload capacity (up to 8 kg), this robot is ideal for assembly tasks and fast pick & place operations.
The TurboSCARA SR6 and SR8 are four-axis swivel arm robots (SCARA robots) offering the following advantages:
• Minimal cycle times with maximum precision
• Large working envelope and various stroke lengths
• Defined mechanical interfaces
• PC-based control with a wide range of communication options
• Compliant with international standards
• Brushless drive technology reduces maintenance requirements
• Integrated user wiring; optional gripper interface for tool connector integration
• Built-in safety technology (safety class 3) as standard
• User power supply (24 V) in the control cabinet
• The BAPS programming language is quick to learn and allows for the creation of clear and understandable programs; now with BAPSplus: graphical programming interface
• Expandable via compact and flexible I/O modules: B~IO modules or decentralized CAN I/O modules
• Expandable with VTS02 valve block system featuring CAN interface for time-saving installation
