Subscribed, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj county, VAT no. RO27987796, registration number: 2A0522, represented by the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian in his capacity as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, headquartered in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj county, registered with the Trade Registry attached to the Cluj Court under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed in this role by Civil Decision no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 issued by the Cluj Specialized Court in file no. 442/1285/2025,

hereby organizes a public auction, with live outcry and ascending bids, for the sale of the asset identified in this notice.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the premises of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj county. In case the asset is not sold, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For viewing the asset, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 06.04.2026, between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator by phone at 0763 478 619 and express their intention to participate, prior to the scheduled date.

During the auction process, the judicial liquidator will organize additional viewing days, to be announced to interested parties.

After the auction, for awarded assets, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the awarded goods. The conversion of the price into RON (lei) will take place on the date the invoice is issued, using the exchange rate determined by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) on that date.
The auction increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction participation dossier, required to participate in the auction, will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with standard practices, will contain the auction rules, and will be available from the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 lei + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 lei + VAT for assets above 5,000 euros. The dossier may be purchased directly from the liquidator’s office or by phone, with delivery by email to the participant.

The participation guarantee shall amount to 10% of the starting price. This, together with all application documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the office of the judicial liquidator. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of awarded assets for successful bidders and will be refunded to participants who are not declared winners.

In case of identical highest bids, the asset will be awarded to the participant who undertakes to pay the full price within the shortest time frame.

The payment term for the awarded price will be 5 working days from the award date. If payment of the remainder is not made, the successful bidder will forfeit the advance paid as a guarantee and will be excluded from participation in future auctions.
