The printer is only sold with the takeover of our maintenance package: 40 months remaining
Service contract for print system: €2,580 monthly:
• System fee, technician call-out & travel costs
• Consumables, e.g. toner (paper and staples excluded)
• Cleaning materials
• All technician labor
• Repairs and spare parts

Canon software support €254 monthly:
- Provision of hotfixes, patches, and updates
- Provision of upgrades
- Service operations are performed remotely via remote connection

- For on-site service calls, a travel fee will be charged according to the supplier's current price list.
- The travel fee is waived if the supplier deems an on-site visit necessary
- The standard response time in case of a service call is on average six hours within the supplier’s service hours.
