The stud welding system RC-1-0505 impresses with its high-quality equipment and
safety enclosure featuring protective viewing screens and additional light curtain.
A capacitor discharge stud welding device CDP-99 for tip ignition is installed, as well as a fully automatic stud feeder and a KAH100 welding head.
The working area of the machine is 500 x 500 mm.
The system is easy to operate and program, even for inexperienced users.
Weld positions can also be programmed via teach-in using a cross laser and manual control device.
