Containex

As-new container office composed of 3x 20-foot Containex containers (office containers with a total area of 40 m²).

Location: Waldhambach, Alsace in eastern France, 45 km from Saarland. If the container office is transported to Germany, the purchase price is tax-exempt, as this qualifies as an intra-community supply exempt from VAT.

Hardly used, in very good condition. Purchased new and installed in April 2023. Ideally designed, for example, as a reception office for truck deliveries/collections on industrial premises.

The container office features two entrance doors. The left entrance, intended for visitors and suppliers, leads to a reception area equipped with a reception desk and a restroom.

The second entrance, for staff use, opens into the staff office, which also features a reception desk on the right. Behind this counter are two workstations. Opposite is a third workstation, facing the reception area for visitors/suppliers.

Commercial privacy between the visitors’/suppliers’ reception area and the staff area is ensured by a lockable internal door.

Additionally, adjacent to the staff area, there is a meeting room/canteen with a fitted kitchen. Option to take over the furniture and electrical appliances (DeLonghi coffee machine, Liebherr fridge, microwave) is available.
