Description of the Z-measurement direction switching:
The measurement direction switching allows for the probing of surfaces in 2 directions. This enables the evaluation of internal and external contours relative to each other without loss of measurement reference. This function can be used in fully automated measurement programs without restriction.
Additional evaluation capabilities include, for example:
- Determination of track diameters
- Diameter measurement
- Wall thickness measurement
- Parallelism measurement
- Taper angle measurement

- Thread inspection
