Powered roller conveyors are used for horizontal transport of goods. The conveyed material moves along powered rollers. The selection of roller type depends on the specific requirements of the goods being transported. We use proven Interroll rollers available in zinc-plated steel or stainless-steel finishes. The rollers are driven by a motor with a gearbox, which can be supplemented with a frequency inverter. The conveyor frame is made from a steel C-profile with side plastic cover strips. Side guidance uses guide rails (either L-profile or tube). The roller pitch is determined by the size of the conveyed goods. The material should always rest on at least three rollers.
