Injection Unit

M3 type cylinder – bimetallic, increased resistance to corrosion and wear, permissible temperature up to 350°C.

S4V type screw – heat treated, chrome plated, with armour edges, increased resistance to corrosion and wear.

Special G11.3 screw geometry optimised for the process.

R12 check valve (multi-ball, recommended for PC, PMMA, ABS).

Clamping Unit

Hydromechanical two-platen clamping system.

Four short high-pressure cylinders on the nozzle side.

Four tie bar tensioners on the ejector side.

Two diagonal-mounted high-speed cylinders in the clamping system.

Mould opening stroke dependent on mould height (dynamic stroke adjustment).

Moving platen guided on the machine frame – guaranteed plate rigidity and parallelism.

Payload up to 17 kg, accuracy ±0.05 mm.

C axis: rotating gripper 0–90°, pneumatic drive.

B axis: wrist rotation around the lift axis (Y), servo motor drive, range +90° / –180°.
