Exile SPYDER II DTS 30

We are offering this used Exile SPYDER II DTS 30 machine for CTS (Computer-to-Screen) stencil production for screen printing.

THE MACHINE WAS ONLY RECENTLY SERVICED AND FUNDAMENTALLY REFURBISHED BY THE MANUFACTURER IN 04/2026:
- NEW PRINT HEAD
Dsdpfx Aoy Itr Aslcout
- HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE UPGRADE (including a new controller board for the print head)
- REPLACEMENT OF MINOR COMPONENTS (including vacuum regulator)

Despite being manufactured in 2021, this SPYDER II is now technically up-to-date in terms of all critical components and delivers excellent and precise results. The print quality has improved significantly since this upgrade. In textile screen printing, we expose up to 60 LPI halftone screens, but the machine also handles even finer test patterns.

The reason we are considering selling the machine at this time is our planned switch to a laser-to-screen system.
