Technical Construction Features:
Horizontal furnace made from stainless thermal chrome steel with reinforcement ribs.
Two or three pass heat exchanger.
Inner lining made of polished plate for insulation and compartment separation.
Outer casing made of painted or galvanized sheet metal.
Frame constructed of painted sections.
Charging doors with refractory material and removable grates.
Plates with refractory material for tube cleaning.
Centrifugal fans with double intake for warm air distribution, operating at low speed and mounted on special elastic suspensions, driven by one or several electric motors.
Electrical control and switch panel – adjustable thermostat.

Maintenance:
Regular maintenance consists of removing accumulated ash by opening the door. Perform a general tube cleaning once or twice a year.
