The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., with registered office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini St., Cluj County, VAT number RO27987796, Registry No.: 2A0522, represented by the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian acting as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy (în faliment, in bankruptcy, en faillite), with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie St., ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Cluj Trade Registry under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed by Civil Ruling no. 1278 of 03.07.2025 of the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in file no. 442/1285/2025,

organizes a public auction with ascending bids, for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L.’s office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini St., Cluj County. If the asset is not sold, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.
For viewing the asset, the judicial liquidator will schedule a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00–14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intent to participate prior to the scheduled date.
In case of successful bidding, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the asset’s purchase price. Conversion into RON will be made on the invoice issuance date, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania for that day.
The bid increment is 5% of the starting price.
The terms and conditions for participating in the auction (Caietul de sarcini) will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practices, will include the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at a price of 500 RON + VAT. This can be obtained from the liquidator’s office or requested by phone, in which case it will be sent to the participant by e-mail.
The participation guarantee will be 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documents for the auction, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the judicial liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the asset acquired by the winning bidder and will be refunded to unsuccessful participants.
In the case of equal bids, the asset will be awarded to the person undertaking to pay the full price in the shortest period.
The purchase price must be paid within 5 working days from the award. If the remaining price is not paid, the winning bidder will lose the paid guarantee and will be disqualified from participating in future auctions organized by the liquidator.
