Vibrating screens are used in crushing and screening plants to separate finished products of various particle sizes. When material is fed onto the screen, smaller particles pass through the screen surface. Vibrating screens are manufactured in two, three, and four deck versions and in various sizes. The vibration system can be mounted at the center or on top of the screen body. This system is driven by the rotation of eccentric weights attached to a shaft mounted on the screen body. The screen body stands on a fixed or mobile chassis equipped with robust coil springs that absorb vibrations. The vibration system of these screens is driven by a belt-pulley transmission and an electric motor. Horizontal screens offering superior screening efficiency are powered by dual drive centers.
