INFORMATION ON SALES AND CONTRACT CONDITIONS:

MACHINE CONDITION:
This ESTERER reciprocating sawmill, Type LSH 65, was fully operational and in use until three years ago. The equipment includes a stationary control panel in front of the main frame as well as a mobile control panel mounted on the carriage. A hydraulic clamping device for tensioning the saw blades in both horizontal and vertical directions is fitted to the machine. The electric motor drive with gear reducer is included in the offer.

TRANSFER AND PRICE:
Transfer takes place upon receipt of the full purchase price. The price is ex foundation and is payable directly to the seller on site after conclusion of the contract, prior to the start of dismantling.

WARRANTY:
The seller does not assume any warranty, neither before nor after the handover of the machine – sold as inspected. The buyer has no right of withdrawal.

DISMANTLING:
Complete dismantling, including lifting gear, auxiliary equipment, and transport, is the responsibility of the buyer. The machine will be handed over on site. Any damage to the building caused by dismantling must be repaired by the buyer or will be charged separately.

The purchase transaction is mutually confirmed by means of a purchase agreement.
