This machine enables crosswise splicing of veneer sheets using adhesive (PVAC or urea).
Pre-glued veneer sheets are required. The machine ensures excellent joints for all types of veneer. Bonding is achieved via a system of hydraulic cylinders applying horizontal pressure, which allows the veneer sheets to be joined seamlessly along the entire length. The machine's heavy-duty, robust construction guarantees long service life and reliable operation. Straightforward and intuitive operation is ensured by a user-friendly control panel. Separate manometers give the operator direct access to the pressure settings of the heating plates, horizontal pressing system, etc., as well as ensuring short changeover times. The machine's upper traverse can be lifted, providing easy and quick access to the heating plates for cleaning and maintenance.
