It performs automatic picking, positioning, and arrangement of items on pallets or within packaging units, ensuring a smooth and consistent production flow. Thanks to integrated automation technology, various packing patterns and workflows can be programmed directly into the system and accessed as needed. This enables the cobot to adapt quickly and without changeover times to varying products and production requirements. A range of gripping options are available for the cobot, including vacuum grippers (either pneumatically operated or with a dedicated vacuum motor) as well as specialized gripping systems for different applications. Working together with our German partner in the Frankfurt region, we develop the optimal solution for your product to ensure precise, safe, and efficient handling. Operation is carried out via a user-friendly interface that enables straightforward setup and control—no programming skills required. Its compact construction allows for easy integration into existing production lines, while its small footprint ensures minimal space requirements. The use of our cobot increases process reliability and reduces dependency on staffing bottlenecks due to illness or unfilled shifts. This guarantees reliable and efficient production, even with fluctuating staff availability. In most cases, the cobot pays for itself within the first year.
