The xCUT is the ideal machine for customers requiring all-in-one label production. With the xCUT and a Memjet printer, it is possible to print, laminate, die-cut, and produce a finished label roll in a single pass.

The system can die-cut and laminate up to 12 meters per minute inline with a printing system, or up to 28 meters per minute in rotary mode, making it suitable for larger production runs as well. Another advantage is that the die-cutting process is not separated from the printing process and can be performed in a single step. Although these units may appear complex, they are actually much simpler to operate than, for example, systems in the digital cutting sector.

Unfortunately, the machine cannot be fully operated at present, as the unwinder function is not working. We believe this could be due to a software setting. However, since we have no support contact and the device is not essential for our production, it is not worth investing further effort. In general, the servo batteries should be replaced and the machine should be properly set up. A function check and demonstration can be provided. We are happy to assist with shipping and dismantling. Die plates in various formats, laminate, and label rolls are also available and included.
