The new Format4 findustry wide belt sanders impress in industrial applications, above all due to the individually configurable assembly of the units. The machine can be equipped with two, three, or four units, tailored specifically to the intended application and area of use. This high degree of customization guarantees fulfillment of all requirements regarding surface finish and processing efficiency.

Maximum operator comfort in industrial use

The clearly structured touchscreen control is intuitive to operate. All machine functions are clearly displayed graphically on the digital display. The working height can be set to the tenth of a millimeter directly from the control panel at the touch of a button. Automatic thickness measurement simplifies machine setup to the desired workpiece thickness. The workpiece can be measured without additional instruments, and the thickness is transmitted directly and wirelessly to the machine. The fixed infeed table height of 900 mm enables ergonomic, fatigue-free work. Features such as vacuum table, roller table extensions at infeed and outfeed, and optional pressure shoes at the sanding units ensure optimal comfort and ideal processing conditions for workpieces in any format.
