Urbas UR-FRR-3000 + UR-FRR-1200

Urbas UR-FRR wood chip boiler 3000kW + 1200kW, with moving grate firing system, year of manufacture 1996. Hot water system, max. temperature 110°C, max. operating pressure 16 bar. Includes a hydraulic feed unit for each system, walking floor discharge for each unit with hydraulic power packs, ash removal downwards onto an ash pusher bar with transfer to a chain conveyor for ash trailer loading. Complete with Scheuch brand electrostatic precipitator and control system, control panels for both boiler systems, return flow elevation including full water expansion with pumps, chimney system (single chimney for both wood boilers) and all maintenance platforms and walkways (steel construction) for boiler service. All systems are fully operational, in standard condition, with a very robust and heavy-duty design! Dismantling must be carried out by the buyer in spring 2026.
Forklift or wheel loader available to assist with dismantling. All plans and plant documentation are fully available!
