GEA Collette MPH 2090

This floor-standing machine is designed for mixing a wide variety of dry products. Due to the planetary motion of the mixing tool, an intensive and homogeneous mixing result is achieved.

The system consists of a stainless-steel container (material 316L, mirror polished, Ra < 0.8 µm) and a stainless-steel housing, in which the container lid with the integrated mixing units and drives is installed.

The mixing vessel has a capacity of approx. 90 liters (usable volume approx. 30 to 60 liters) and is placed and clamped onto two arms. The mixing material is added, and the vessel is then raised hydraulically, causing the mixing tool to immerse itself into the product.

The mixer is equipped with a stainless-steel spiral-shaped mixing tool (45° angle), and the speed is adjustable via a gearbox. Mixing speed can be set to 48, 82, 135, and 231 rpm. The container is emptied via a centrally located bottom outlet.

Operation and control, including recipe and batch management, are handled via a control panel on a separate stainless-steel cabinet. The operator language is English. The system is prepared for use in ATEX-protected areas.

Electrical specifications: 230/400V, 3-phase, 50 Hz, IP55
Space required: 90 x 130 x 235 cm
Weight: approx. 850 kg
