Unlike competing products, the RM480 from H&R offers FULLY hydraulic operation for all functions, allowing you to work faster and more conveniently.

Product Features of RM480-B
- Performance: The splitter is equipped with a powerful 15 HP petrol engine (RM 480 B). Alternatively, a 13 HP electric motor (RM 480 E) is available.
- Log Length and Diameter: Logs up to 3 meters long can be safely placed on the robust standard table. The splitter handles logs up to 48 cm in diameter and cuts them into lengths up to 60 cm.
- Hydraulic System: The machine features a hydraulic saw bar; the hydraulic log clamp ensures a secure hold on the wood during splitting. The splitting wedge height adjustment is also hydraulic. You can choose between the supplied 4-way and 6-way splitting wedges – for flexible splitting patterns tailored to your needs.
- Conveyor System: The new 2.2 m long infeed conveyor simplifies log feeding, while the laterally swiveling outfeed conveyor makes transporting the split wood effortless.
- Mobility: With trailer, the machine weighs only 750 kg and can be easily moved by hand thanks to its practical transport frame.
- Simple Operation: All functions are conveniently hydraulically controlled, making long operating periods possible.
