Measurement program:
8-point measurement for rectangular parts (e.g. rectangle, parallelogram, or trapezium)
Procedure: 8 points on the workpiece are probed (two points on each straight edge at the corners)
Result: Display of 2 x Length (top, bottom), 2 x Width (right, left), 4 x Angles
Report: When nominal values and tolerances are entered, a target-actual comparison with deviations is created and displayed in tabular form.
Storage of measurement results as PDF (report) or in an SQL database for statistical analysis.
Inspection and documentation of production status possible in the manufacturing process, after cutting, after edge banding, or after drilling operations on the workpieces, depending on the value creation stage.

Vacuum system (Venturi principle)
