Herz / Lauber

We are offering for sale a converted overseas shipping container equipped with a Herz Firematic 130 boiler system. The heating unit has an output of 130 kW and is connected to a Lauber heat exchanger. Additional doors have been installed in the heating container for maintenance and inspection, ensuring easy access to the equipment. The boiler is fired using wood pellets, and a pellet bunker with a capacity of approximately 1.5 tons is located inside the heating container. Both the heating container and Lauber system must be dismantled prior to transport and, thanks to the container-based design, can be easily loaded for relocation. The interior of the heating container has been clad and treated with a special coating to prevent the formation of condensation droplets inside.

The Lauber unit is a Lauber Energie-Nutz-Zentrale type L-ENZ 80+ (5.50 kW fan). Both machines are in as-new condition and have only been used to a very limited extent. The current operating hours stand at 3,577, which is equivalent to approximately 149 days. Both units were manufactured at the end of 2022 and commissioned around May 2023.

What is this system suitable for? It can be used to heat halls, buildings or construction sites, and is also suitable for drying bulk or natural materials such as wood, wood chips, horse manure, and all types of bulk or free-flowing materials.
