HOLZ-HER Edgebander ACCURA 1556 premium with intelligent equipment package for edge thicknesses up to 15 mm. Simple program selection and tool adjustment via the 18.5” touch control panel.

Short heating time for the GlueJet adhesive system of approximately 2 to 3 minutes, depending on adhesive type and ambient temperature. Always fresh adhesive thanks to the GlueJet application system and adhesive cartridges. Switching to PUR adhesive and cleaning the system is quick and easy within a few minutes.

Axis adjustments made with high-precision, repeatable servo motors. Special features for materials with protective film, such as high-gloss and super-matt!

A particular highlight of the machine is the multifunction package, which is especially beneficial for operations requiring frequent changes of different edge types. The DIA tools are multi-stage and can be quickly switched between radius and bevel profiling – from the longitudinal milling unit to corner copying through to the profile scraper. The extendable workpiece support and the extended infeed area facilitate processing of large workpieces, while a guidance system assists with inserting small items into the machine.
