HOLZ-HER Edge Banding Machine ACCURA 1558 performance with BELT BRIDGE and intelligent equipment package for edge thicknesses up to 15mm.

Easy program changes and tool adjustments via the 18.5" color touch screen (16:9).

Short heating time of the GlueJet adhesive system (GJ 301 automatic) of approx. 2 to 3 minutes, depending on adhesive type and ambient temperature.
Always fresh glue thanks to the GlueJet glue application system and glue cartridges.
Changing the PUR glue as well as cleaning the system is extremely easy and takes only a few minutes.

Axis adjustment is achieved via top-quality, highly repeatable servomotors.
Special configuration for materials with protective film, such as high-gloss and super matt surfaces.

One of the absolute highlights of this machine is the multifunction package, which demonstrates its strengths in operations with a wide range of edge types. The DIA tools are multi-stage and can switch between radii and chamfers depending on the situation—from the longitudinal milling unit to the corner copying unit to the profile scraper.
The extendable workpiece support and the extended infeed area with an air cushion table assist in handling large workpieces.
A guide system helps feed small workpieces into the machine.
