Vertical panel saw for cutting sheet-like wood-based materials such as chipboard, MDF panels, veneer panels, multiplex boards, etc.

Base machine
- Fully welded frame with exceptionally high rigidity
- Precise guiding of the saw beam / saw unit for accurate cuts. Automatic feed for vertical and horizontal cutting. Cutting depth: max. 60 mm

Saw Beam
- Sturdy saw beam guided on precision rails. Pneumatic locking of the saw beam in the upper and lower positions. Electrically monitored in vertical cuts.

Saw Unit
- Smooth and ergonomic operation for plunging and retracting the saw unit. Plunge lever can be folded up in the upper position for precise plunging. Large, ergonomically positioned levers for easy swiveling. The housing cover opens the entire saw unit for easy tool changes, including ProLock quick-release chuck.
- Viewing window: riving knife can be retracted

- Shortened return stroke (selector switch)
Thanks to the shortened possible return stroke of the saw beam, unnecessary travel distances of the saw unit are avoided (short workpiece is positioned on the right).

Control Panel
- Efficient machine operation. Ergonomically positioned at eye level.

Lower Workpiece Support
- Stable, wear-free stainless steel support. Support up to the cutting line: narrow workpieces cannot tip or fall through.

Extraction
- Effective dust extraction with two ports: saw unit Ø 120 mm, frame end Ø 100 mm (with TRK version)

Roller Transport System:
- Manually liftable and lowerable rollers for easy, material-friendly panel transport.

Measuring Tape
- For dimension display for horizontal cut with three manual measurement displays:
- Absolute dimension from lower workpiece support
- Absolute dimension from middle workpiece support
- Series cuts from the top edge of the panel

Pneumatic Moving Grate
