The machine listed here for processing continuous corrugated cardboard is part of the range of stationary machines. This means that operations performed in the cross direction are completed while the cardboard remains stationary. The machine is designed for high productivity, with a maximum working width of 1,500 mm. All tool adjustments are carried out automatically.

1) Main machine body (automatic carton cutting machine):

Linear cross-cutting and cross-creasing unit for head-to-foot processing of the cardboard.

8 longitudinal creasing/cutting units from above for longitudinal creases and cuts on the cardboard.

2) Dual carton magazines:

Two carton magazines provide storage and feeding of raw cardboard into the processing machine.

Stack height for continuous corrugated cardboard up to a maximum of 2,000 mm possible.

3) Control cabinet, control system, electronics:

Contains all components required to operate and control the installation. Control cabinet components are based on HOMAG standard.
