Used single-sided HOMAG edge banding machine for straight edges; designed for joint trimming, edge banding, and post-processing of various edge materials. Fixed reference side on the right.

SPECIFICATION / EQUIPMENT:
Base machine with 80 mm wide transport chain as workpiece feed unit,
- Maximum workpiece thickness: 60 mm
- Motorized height-adjustable top pressure
- Workpiece support with rollers, adjustable on rails
- Glue pot lift at feed stop
- Glue roller clamping before workpiece trailing edge
- (Remote) hand control for easy machine setup
- Adjustable infeed fence via NC axis
- Joint trimming, climb/counter rotation 2x3.5kW, operation-controlled

EDGE BANDING UNIT A20, consisting of:
- QA34 glue application unit
- Pre-melter for EVA adhesive

- Pressure zone with automatic horizontal adjustment (NC) according to edge thickness, 1 powered and 6 non-powered pressure rollers

POST-PROCESSING SECTION:
- HL81 end trimming unit, 2 motors (front/rear edge) with motorized fine adjustment of trimming stops
- Pre-/ flush milling unit, 1.5 kW, top/bottom
- FK13 profile trimming unit (corner rounding), 2 motors (top/bottom) with automatic 8-position tool changer, multiple interchangeable heads
- MN11 profile scraper, top/bottom, with automatic revolver positioning
- FA10 flat scraper, top/bottom (version with 3 tracing rollers)
- KS10 belt sanding unit, for straight edges, with oscillation
- Buffing unit, top/bottom
