MACHINE DESCRIPTION
Professional single-sided edgebander designed for processing straight panel edges, applying various types of edge bands (in both roll and solid wood strip formats), and performing complete final processing. The machine is equipped with an extensive features package, including the AirTec AT 15 unit for seamless jointing technology, a dual corner rounding unit (2x WD 60), and a modern powerTouch control system with touchscreen interface. Fully automated operation with pneumatic positioning of processing units directly from the control panel.

PROCESSING UNIT CONFIGURATION
1. Premilling unit: 2 x 2.2 kW with diamond-tipped cutters.
2. Edgebanding unit A12: Quick-change Quickmelt adhesive applicator, infrared preheating of panel edge.
3. AirTec AT 15 unit: Enables processing of laser/function edges using hot air. Perfect invisible joint, no visible glue line.
4. Edge magazine: Automatic for both rolls and strips.
5. Pressure zone: 1 pneumatically driven main roller + 3 pressure rollers.
6. End trimming (cut-off) unit: 2 motors x 0.35 kW, bevel/straight cut.
7. Top/bottom trimming unit: 2 x 0.55 kW, counter-rotating, DFC cutters with pneumatic adjustment, set from the screen.
8. Corner rounding unit (WD 60): 2 x 0.35 kW, multifunctional unit for complete end finishing (3D corners). Set from the screen.
9. Profile scraper MZ40: Pneumatically retractable (R1 / R2), setting from the screen.
10. Flat scraper (for glue joint): For residual glue removal (finishing).
