Horizon AFC-544 AKT

The Horizon AFC-544 AKT is a versatile cross-folding unit currently in operation at a print shop in Germany. Designed for sheet sizes up to 540 x 760 mm (minimum 120 x 172 mm), it combines efficiency and flexibility for a wide range of folding applications. The machine is equipped with four folding plates with blade in the first folding section and two folding plates in the second folding section, supported by a fully automatic knife for precise folding performance.

Featuring "Touch & Work" technology, it offers intuitive operation, comes with 17 pre-programmed standard fold types, and provides memory capacity for 200 repeat jobs. Paper weights from 40 to 250 g/m² can be processed, and the machine achieves a maximum speed of 40,000 cycles per hour.
