The Horizon brochure production line with models SPF-200L, FC-200L, VAC-600Ha and VAC-600Hm is a state-of-the-art, modular solution for efficient production of saddle-stitched brochures – including A4 landscape format. The system is suitable for both offset and digital printing and is specially designed for small to medium runs. Thanks to the combination of collating towers (VAC-600Ha, VAC-600Hm), booklet maker (SPF-200L) and face trimmer (FC-200L), the line offers maximum flexibility and productivity in finishing operations.

- Automated settings: All format and production parameters are automatically set via a large, intuitive colour touchscreen – including fold roller gap.
- A4 landscape capability: The SPF-200L enables production of brochures in A4 landscape format, making it particularly versatile.
- Modular expansion: The VAC-600Ha/m collating towers are modularly expandable from 6 up to 36 stations and enable non-stop operation via dual cycle and insert programs.
- High speed: Up to 4,000 brochures/hour for stitching (3,500 in landscape format).
- Flexible configuration: Can be combined with additional Horizon feeders and digital print feeders for hybrid production lines.
- Versatile formats: Processes formats from at least 148 x 120 mm up to a maximum of 610 x 350 mm (SPF-200L).

- Simple operation: Large touchscreens on all main modules for rapid job changeover and error diagnosis.
