Machining operations: Section detector-probe, section measurement – Cutting: all straight cuts and any angles, horizontal and vertical, birdsmouth, valley and hip cuts, housing, halving joints, bevels, grooves, hidden birdsmouth grooves (straight and angled), notching for web plates – Milling: universal aggregate (hogging head) and other cutters, mortising, tenoning, notching, scarf joints, dovetails (straight and angled), Gerber scarf jonts – Drilling: straight and at any angle, deep drilling with long bits – 1x lateral drill and 1x underside drill

Control panel and software: The control system allows importation of data from CAD software and automates complex machining calculations. Work is currently performed via CADWORK software (not included in machine sale).

The machine is equipped with a pit for the removal of wood waste and sawdust.

The machine, manufactured in 2003, was acquired in 2020 by the current owner. In 2020, the machine was fully overhauled (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, tooling, and IT): dismantling parts and motors, replacing ball bearings, hoses, cables, slides, IT updates and EKP data export system, cleaning, brand new tooling in 2020.

The machine is in very good technical and visual condition.
