A complete Hymmen laminating line for the woodworking industry is available. Main components: transport modules (stacker roller conveyors, lifting units, gantries, and platforms), surface cleaning machines, roller glue application machines, various calenders, cutting stations, pressure roller, film unwind station, sawing machine, X-ray sensor system, and a stack turner for double-sided coating. Working width: 2200 mm, product width: 2200 mm, machine working height range: 1170 mm–1270 mm, line speed: 10 m–30 m/min, max. product speed: 25 m/min, clearance height: 80 mm, min. panel length: 1300 mm, min. panel width: 1200 mm, product material: sandwich material, tolerance: +/-3 mm, total footprint: 2 halls (590 m²/347 m²). Documentation available. An on-site inspection is possible. This is a complete production line with peripheral equipment, pre- and post-processing stations, and connecting conveyor systems.
