For sale is a sputtering system for glass manufactured by Beijing Instruments Factory (also known as JDS). The model is JDS800.
The system deposits coatings horizontally onto substrates using the Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) method. The machine has a length of approximately 5 m and a width of about 1 m. The substrate size is approximately 400 x 420 mm. Please refer to the photos for detailed dimensions.

The system is completed with various power supplies, roughing pumps, and a turbomolecular pump. Technical drawings are available, as well as several folders with technical documentation.
The machine was disconnected from the power supply in working condition.
Dismantling and transport are the responsibility of the buyer.
