Design:
Joos A.B.S. safety system for protection of the heating plates in case of incorrect loading or forgotten parts.
The press is open on all sides, designed in a robust all-steel construction, and protected against overload. The maintenance-free hydraulic system is integrated into the oil reservoir. Stepless pressure adjustment is made according to a clearly structured pressure diagram. Once the set pressure is reached, the system switches off automatically. The pressure is maintained constantly throughout the entire pressing cycle. The rack-and-pinion guide ensures stable parallel movement of the press table.

The press is optimally suited for laminating flat surfaces using adhesives at the appropriate working temperature.

Hydraulics:
The following components are integrated into the hydraulic system:
- 1 oil-hydraulic two-stage high-pressure pump
- 1 three-phase motor, 2.2 kW
- 1 automatic pressure switch
- 1 changeover valve
- 1 pressure diagram
The hydraulic unit is installed in the lower section of the press.

Control system:
Automatic pressure regulation via electronic controller with setpoint and actual value display. Operation is via an intuitive swivel button control panel. The control cabinet is fully integrated longitudinally in the upper part of the press. Operating voltage: 400 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase.

ELECTRIC HEATING PLATE 3100x1350 GOLD-ANODISED
One upper and one lower electric heating plate, each 3100 x 1350 mm.
Surfaces are anodised, making them extremely hard, scratch and abrasion resistant. Thermal high-pressure insulation between the heating plate and the press table.
Operating temperature max. 120°C
= 1 Level / 2 heating plates

TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Temperature control R 1.1, i.e. each heating plate is equipped with an electronic temperature controller as well as a safety temperature limiter installed at the edge of the heating plate.

SWIVEL BUTTON OPERATION
Operation is carried out via an intuitive swivel button control panel.
