KALLFASS Universa 400 + Compact 650 D

Fully automatic flow wrapping machine for packaging products—regardless of their length—in full wrap without film overlap. Product feeding is carried out via a conveyor belt, simultaneously enveloping the product in a center-folded film using a forming shoulder. Product indexing is managed by a photoelectric sensor. The infeed belt can be easily adjusted to accommodate various product widths. Longitudinal sealing is performed by a continuous side sealing unit. The height of the forming shoulder and sealing units can be adjusted manually.

Wear parts and defective parts have been replaced.
The machine has been technically inspected by Kallfass and is fully operational.
