KALLFASS Universa 500 Servo

Fully automatic side sealing machine for packaging products—regardless of their length—with full enclosure and without film overlap. The maximum output is 120 cycles/minute. Product feeding is handled via a conveyor belt, with simultaneous wrapping into center-folded film using a forming shoulder.

The infeed conveyor can be easily adjusted for different product widths. The film tube containing the wrapped and aligned products is completely sealed on the side by a side sealing unit.

After the product is wrapped in film, a transverse sealing operation is performed using a continuously heated, tracking sealing system. The height position of the forming shoulder and sealing units can be manually adjusted.

The remaining film strip is taken up by a film winder.

Wear parts and any defective parts have been replaced. The machine has been technically inspected by Kallfass and is fully operational.
