Our MH-FJ-2 case sealer has been specially developed for changing carton formats. Thanks to pneumatic adjustment of both height and width, constantly changing carton formats can be processed easily and quickly without manual intervention. The machine adjusts to the various formats in an instant. Two side and two upper conveyor belts ensure your cartons are conveyed safely through the case sealer. The top flaps of the cartons must be folded down manually before feeding the cartons into the machine. This machine is designed for adhesive tape with a 76 mm core diameter and 50 mm width. We recommend using machine tape rolls with more meters per roll (compared to hand rolls), allowing you to work longer without having to change the tape! Both PP and PVC tapes as well as environmentally friendly paper tapes can be used. The tape heads are easy to remove to replace the tape rolls. This can also be useful if you only wish to seal the top of the cartons (e.g. for auto-bottom cartons). Naturally, this machine is CE certified. Please note that a compressed air connection must be provided on site to operate this machine!
