Lifting Automaton for Circulating Pallets

The lifting automaton is specifically designed for the transport and stacking of both empty and loaded customer-specific pallets (please observe the lifting automaton’s pallet acceptance design).

Lifting Unit:
The lifting unit is integrated into the two main girders and consists of 4 hydraulic cylinders and eight flyer chains. The four lifting strands are synchronized hydraulically and monitored by sensors.

Chassis Beams:
The chassis beams also house the drive units and motors. The chassis is guided on the crane runway using horizontal roller guides.

Technical Platform:
The platform accommodates the central hydraulic unit and the main control cabinet of the lifting automaton.

Traverse:

The traverse is used for pallet handling: it grips, lowers, raises, and transports pallets. There are four hydraulic grippers on the traverse; engaging of the grippers is automatic.
