Knecht AS-500

Offered for sale is a used fully automatic case erector AS-500 with two carton magazines (see item 3 + 4 in the pictures) by Knecht (a Smurfit Kappa company).

The system has already been dismantled and can be loaded onto a truck on site.
An inspection of the machine is possible by appointment.

The system is in very good condition and has been regularly maintained.
It is being sold due to business closure.

The machine is designed for packaging automotive rims.
If required, the system can be converted for other packaged goods.

- For cartons according to FEFCO 0200/0201
- Bottom closure with hotmelt glue
- Two carton magazines (loaded by pallet), each with a lifting system
Pallet loading performed by pallet jack
- Removal via vacuum suction cups
- Hotmelt station (bottom sealing with four hot glue beads)
- ELAU C-400 control system
- Operation via MP 277 touch panel
- Output: 8 cartons per minute
