Kraft Göbel Wellmatik

Wellmatic packaging machine (as new)

Suitable for books, brochures, CDs, DVDs, catalogues, spare parts, etc. Utilizes self-adhesive corrugated cardboard from rolls. The package length is automatically adjusted to the product length, which is electronically measured at the infeed. The maximum output of the Wellmatic is up to 35 packages per minute, depending on additional equipment such as product infeed devices, labellers, as well as staffing levels and product types.

The machine was used exclusively for demonstration purposes by Dostal Maschinenbau GmbH and therefore has very low operating hours.

Includes Siemens Simatic OP7 (7-DP) operator panel, Simatic S7-300 controller,
2 Lenze frequency inverters with Profibus-DP. Both automatic and manual operation possible.

Outfeed conveyor: length 1,400 mm, working height 920 mm.
Infeed conveyor: length 1,070 mm, adjustable working height from 940 to 985 mm;
max. package/roll width: 450 mm; max. package thickness: 75 mm;
max. product width approx. 350 mm.
