Machine Description:

The machine listed here belongs to the series of stationary machines, i.e., all cross-machine operations are performed with the board in a stationary position. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the corrugated board is 2,800 mm. All tool adjustments are carried out automatically.

1) Main Machine Body (Automatic Carton Cutting Unit):

Linear cross-cutting unit for head and foot cuts as well as cross cuts on the cardboard.

1 linear cross-scoring unit for transverse scores (supplied as a cross-scorer or cross-scorer with perforation option)

7 longitudinal scoring units from above for longitudinal scores
Longitudinal cutting units for performing lengthwise cuts

2) 4-Position Carton Magazines

5 carton magazines provide the supply and feeding of the raw corrugated board to the processing machine. Stack height for continuous corrugated board up to max. 1,400 mm possible.

3) Control Cabinet, Control System, Electronics:

Contains all components required to operate and control the system. Control cabinet components are based on Siemens.
