System for cleaning contaminated water originating from CNC machines.

The contaminated water is conveyed from the CNC machines to the WRA-1000 by means of lifting pumps. Before entering the treatment unit, a flocculant is continuously and automatically added, which is thoroughly mixed with the wastewater by an integrated mixer.

The integrated lamella pack inside the WRA-1000 enables a short settling time for the flocculated contaminants. The sludge accumulates in the cone section of the WRA-1000 and is automatically discharged at preset intervals into the sludge big-bag located below. During this process, excess water is pumped back into the system by an integrated lifting pump, thereby reducing wastewater losses to a minimum.

The water purified by the WRA-1000 then flows into the collection tank of the CNC system. From there, the treated water can be reused by the CNC machines’ pumps and piping systems for further processing operations.
